Our Design and Technology Enablement teams are working on the development of a broad portfolio of semiconductor technologies ranging from 350 nm down to 12nm including FD-SOI, RF, High-Voltage and automotive applications.
Introduction
Be part of the Central R&D team, working closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to drive project coordination, team communication, and business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technical aspects and the business aspects in an international business. The ideal candidate should have an interest in project management in a technical research and development environment. We are looking for young talented individuals to be part of a dynamic team - with a large breadth of skills and details to learn project management in the field of semiconductor chip fabrication
Your Job
Participate in project meetings and assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
Collaborate with engineering and business operations to complete projects that support achievement of team and company objectives .
Gather information from cross-functional teams to assess project progress and identify roadblocks.
Create reports to communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Create and manage metric tracking systems to measure project actions, milestones, and team key results.
Produce templates to ensure consistent documentation.
Edit and maintain team SharePoint and team communications site.
Communicate with broader Central R&D Project Management team , assist in the coordination and tracking of team resource needs .
Enable and develop automation and participate in Continuous improvement projects.
Gain international experience/communication with international managers and colleagues from GF`s other locations.
Required Qualifications
Active student in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Information Systems, Program Management, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Aptitude and desire for learning new skills/techniques .
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A team p layer with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
Self-organized and structured with a bility to multitask, plan and prioritize workload
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel – Macros, VLookups , Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.
Proficient in any scripting & automation languages is a plus
Project management coursework
Experience with Anaplan or a similar resource management tool
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tool
