The Engineering group is looking for a highly motivated Senior DevSecOps engineer to join our DevOps practice. In this role, you will collaborate with the engineers and architects across the organization to develop and enhance the infrastructure powering our dozens of services. This highly impactful position offers an opportunity to work with many technologies, tackle complex challenges and influence the technical direction of Quickbase’s platform infrastructure.

Skills and experience you possess:

• You have several years of experience in the following:

• Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) with knowledge of networking, zero downtime production deployments and impact on pricing

• Modern CI/CD technologies and best practices (such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions)

• Infrastrucutre as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Templates)

• Orchestration tools

• Security architectures, cybersecurity techniques and tooling

• Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Groovy)

• Virtual Machines and Containers

• Serverless computing - such as Google App Engine or AWS Lambda

• Experience in Automation, Observability, Security, Cost Managment of infrastructure

• You have passion for coaching and mentoring fellow engineers on DevSecOps practices

• You are a lifelong learner, stay current with industry trends, and discover new ways to improve

• You are customer obsessed and derive job satisfaction from increasing productivity of your fellow engineers and Agile teams

• You are proficient in both verbal and written English

• Be part of DevOps community of practice
