Job Title: Machine Operator ($18-21 HR; ALL SHIFTS)

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals to join our production team in various roles, including Cappers, Starting Powder Operators, Pounding Room Operators, and Assembly Operators. Successful candidates will engage in manual, repetitive tasks, such as filling tubes with welding powder, capping tubes, and assembling components. Training will be provided, with a transition to regular shift schedules. This role offers a competitive base pay with additional premiums for department and shift differentials.

Work Environment

The work environment is a machine shop setting where electronic devices are prohibited due to safety regulations. Employees are required to wear 100% cotton clothing, steel toe boots, and hearing protection. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling tasks that involve repetitive movements.
