Power Container Injection Stretch Blow Mold Technician in Somerset, New Jersey
-Responsible for running the stretch blow molding machines.-Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.-Responsible with keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.-Load and clean between color changes in mold machines. -Audits and records process changes to help maintain highest level of efficient operation.-Maintain process control books/sheets in an organized manner.-Performs hourly bottle weight checks to insure we are at correct weight.-Responsible for quality checks and machine adjustments and associated documentations of those changes.-Responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operate.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Work hours:Rotating 7pm-7am shift with every other weekend off.
