Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper for a long-term contract opportunity in South Hackensack, New Jersey. The primary function of this role is to manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly financial reporting, and bank reconciliations. You will be expected to work onsite for 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Vendor Master Records for Payment Data & W-9s

• Invoice Processing & Coding to the General Ledger

• Payment Processing (Check, ACH, & Wire Transfer)

• Process Employee Expenses manually & through Concur

• Journal Entries - Credit Card Transactions & Payroll

• Bank Reconciliations

• 1099 Annual Reporting

• Assist with month-end close & yearly audits

• Accounts Receivable – Invoicing & Collections

  Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks Required

• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus

• Knowledge of Concur a plus

• Experience with accrual accounting required

• Experience with Excel – Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs preferred
