These are Direct Hire positions. Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Hourly rate of pay is $20 - $25 per hour. Based on experience.

What’s a typical day as a MIG Welder/Fabricator? You’ll be:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to fabricate components.

• Welding components together to assemble products.

• Operating hand tools such as grinders, saws, and drills.

• Using power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials.

• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.

• Are able to read and interpret blueprints.

• Are proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers.

• Have experience operating power tools such as saws, grinders, and drills.

• Have at least 2 years of MIG welding experience.

• Have attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
