You're a great fit if you have: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NJ. 2+ year of clinical assessment experience (home care preferred) Strong assessment & communication skills A passion for patient care & teamwork Proficiency in documentation and medical record keeping.
