About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager with exceptional program management skills to join the Integrated Facilities Management Talent & Education Team. The individual in this role will be motivated by supporting the growth and development of integrated facilities management team members, driving innovative solutions to improve their experience and career progression within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding blend of proficiencies including the ability to influence, strong interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in program management, instructional design and presentation expertise, strong communication skills, flexibility, and comfort working with innovative technology tools.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement integrated facilities management training programs from content curation to delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and craft effective training programs that align with organizational goals.

Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive training materials that promote effective learning.

Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate training sessions, using strong communication skills to optimally convey complex information.

Manage the entire training program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and employees, using exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and influence others positively.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative technology tools to improve the training experience.

Evaluate the impact of training and talent programs on employee performance and continuously make improvements to ensure maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with IFM Talent team members to identify and implement innovative talent programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Drive employee engagement and community engagement by developing and implementing impactful programming initiatives that champion a sense of belonging and collaboration within our IFM population.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university is required. Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience required, with 4 years’ experience in learning and development related responsibilities.

  • Real Estate industry/Property Management experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Zoom.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Learning & Development Manager position is $100,000 and the maximum salary for the Learning & Development Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
