As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) or Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs

We are currently seeking therapists for our Lake Orion, MI location.

Full time and part time options available along with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders

• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods

• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:

• Meet one of the following license requirements for the state of Michigan

• LMSW or LPC

• Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and age groups including children and adolescents

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical experience treating patients with behavioral health conditions

• Proven ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patient and other members of the care team

• Proven ability to work with patients in person

• Proven solid grasp of technology solutions and tools and ability to adapt
