The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Part-Time Teller in our Southgate Branch to join our family here at Zeal Credit Union.
If you have the qualifications listed below, this Member Service Representative - Southgate position might be just right for you:
- At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
- Passion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people!
- Enjoys problem solving and taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s).
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous financial institution experience
- Previous sales and cash-handling experience
Essential Functions of the Member Service Representative / Teller:
- Balance teller drawer
- Provide members with information on additional products and services to meet their financial needs
- Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union policies and procedures
Schedule:
Monday: 9:30am-4:00pm, Wednesday: 11:30am-4:30pm, Thursday: 11:30am-4:30pm, Friday: 9:00am-6:15pm, Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm
