Description

The Customer Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing leadership and support to customer service representatives. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor customer service representatives.

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

  Requirements

• 5-7 years of Customer Service experience.

• Routing and Delivery Knowledge.
