The Office of Public Works, Administration Division is seeking an individual to perform responsible and confidential administrative functions for the Director of Public Works, Operations Coordinator and the Engineering Division. Make independent decisions within the scope of established policies and perform specialized detailed assignments. Answer multi-line telephone in a courteous manner and enter service requests for department. Assist Operations Coordinator in payroll functions, such as timekeeping and submitting payroll. Maintain files and records for the department.
