Job Description :

I. GENERAL PURPOSE:

Leads a team of personnel responsible for timely and accurate client installation activities.

II. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supervision and management of client installation activities for assigned team.

  2. Lead or participate in projects related to the modification, enhancement, or introduction of client installation systems, software, or databases.

  3. Perform personnel and administrative duties.

  4. Facilitate problem solving related to client installation activity issues, working closely with Sales, Benefit, Underwriting and Enrollment departments.

  5. Maintain procedures documentation, departmental shared sites and help text.

  6. Other duties as assigned or requested.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of Client Onboarding experience

2+ years in a Lead position or prior supervisory experience

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Solid working knowledge of United Concordia systems- Group and Subscriber database, PICS (commission system), TIGAR (billing system), GADCC, STAR, EERTS, GEMUS, other related systems and software.

  • Strong PC based skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Work and Access.

Pay Range Minimum:

$50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$90,300.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
