We are currently seeking applicants for a Human Resources Administrator position available at our Headquarters office in Springfield, Missouri. This position plays a key role in support of our payroll function and administering the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other technologies related to payroll. This position interacts with employees, leaders, third-party vendors, and regulatory compliance agencies.
What we are looking for:
An individual focused on attention to detail who thrives in a deadline driven role, while still maintaining accuracy.
Five years progressively responsible administrative experience, with three years full payroll processing experience required.
Thorough knowledge of payroll compliance, to include but not limited to wage and hour laws, benefit plan calculations, wage attachments and federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
HCM/HRIS system experience required. Experience with Workday preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
Proven success in problem solving, working on a team, as a team leader and the education of others.
What you can expect:
Start to finish payroll processing including time records, executing accurate payrolls, preparing, and analyzing employer tax filings, maintaining control records for audits, and responding to employee inquiries.
SME level participation or leading the team responsible for HCM/HRIS system update management of new features in assigned areas.. Developing/monitoring reports and dashboards; troubleshooting; and training others on system functionality.
Solving problems using creativity, sound judgement and excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Detailed work, multitasking, and organizing work and resources.
