We are currently recruiting for a Manager, IT Business Office to join our Information Services Division at our Springfield Headquarters location.

The Manager, IT Business Office is dedicated to harmonizing and optimizing the IT operations. This entails supporting and empowering IT leaders, translating IT strategy into daily operational excellence, and ensuring streamlined governance, compliance, and coordination of business processes within the IT function.

The position emphasizes two core objectives: ensuring the IT organization "does the right things" by bolstering the IT Strategic Leadership Team’s strategy and governance, and "doing things right" through the development and refinement of organizational and operational models, as well as performance management. Additionally, this role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing IT capabilities in finance, sourcing management, and talent management. As such, the IT Business Office will be the go-to resource for leader consultation and assistance with the business activities of their team.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in IT management or related experience with leader initiatives within IT. The successful candidate will have:

  • strong leadership capability, with a proven track record of successful team development;

  • experience becoming a trusted partner for IT leaders or senior team members;

  • a demonstrated ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change;

  • the ability to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and information management across the IS organization;

  • and a proven track record of innovation.
