Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space? If so, look no further. We are seeking a Senior Lead Web Developer and Automation Engineer to join our team of passionate individuals.

• Responsible for designing, creating, testing, and maintaining new effort to modernize an architecture and have a direct impact on the design and implementation of a web-based workflow tools, automated testing framework that enrich and optimize the exchange of information and produce automated and streamlined testing for the Government and customers.

• Interact with a team to gather, define and analyze requirements to determine the most effective approach to satisfy needs and maintain configuration management.

• Coordinate the creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a solution design.

• Leading all work related to the architecture, design, and implementation of web-based workflow tools and an automated testing framework that includes the development of automated test and business process capabilities.

• Oversee a team or teams, performing technical specification implementation, configuration, customized development of add-ons to off-the-shelf products as well as customized development of web-based workflow tools.

• Manage the integration, testing, deployment, infrastructure requirements, and oversight of ongoing operational maintenance and upgrades of existing web and off-the-shelf test and business workflow tools.

• Internally work with the team and Government to interpret and prioritize requirements then translate those needs into implementable solutions that are supportable and cost effective.

• Lead information sharing planning sessions which will provide the leadership and team with the information needed to align the automation and modernization strategy while working collaboratively with test directors, specialists or scientists, test/development teams to build a new modernized process and test tools that advance the stove-piped currently used methods.

• Provide expert technical consultancy, expertise and advice to the Government on all matters related to technical architecture, infrastructure and software development operations, maintenance, and modernization, to include feasibility for all these factors.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Required:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or other related field with 10-12 years of experience as a Web & Automation Developer/Engineer on programs/projects.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or other related field with 8-10 years of experience as a Web & Automation Developer/Engineer on programs/projects.

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or other related field with 5-7 years of experience as a Web & Automation Developer/Engineer on programs/projects.

• Experience with different web development and automation approaches and technology stacks.

• Experience with software quality assurance and software testing.

• Experience coding applications in a variety of Object Oriented, and/or dynamic programming languages.

• Experience developing multi-tiered web applications, Single Page Applications (SPAs) using AngularJS or React and web applications using Java MVC frameworks.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Experience with on software testing practices, including test planning, test automation (API and UI), and defect management.

• Experience with the design, architecture, and implementation of test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and tools.

• Experience leading multiple concurrent development efforts, and mentoring junior software developers on methodologies, coding standards and best practices.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ICD 503 requirements and their application to secure information systems.

Desired:

• Experience leading development efforts in a fast-paced agile Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, & Continuous Deployment environment.

• Experience with the following:o Web services and API testingo CI/CD, Jenkins (or alternative)o Selenium automation toolso Containerizationo Cloud deployment & testingo Microserviceso Developing tests using JUnit / Jasmine / Protractoro Jersey / JAX-RS / Hibernateo Subversion or GIT
