Burrell Behavioral Health Supervisor, Centralized Scheduling in St. Charles, Missouri

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Abide by HIPAA guidelines at all times when working with customers and coworkers.

Team oversight for timecard accuracy, coaching and evaluations as needed.

Participate in professional growth and development for team and self.

Participate in initiatives for continual process improvements.

Represent Centralized Scheduling in professional, collaborative and relevant manner to support innovation by bringing forward thinking and cost effective solutions in discussions and meetings.

Provide documented feedback and communication as necessary to either staff or leadership, with regards to process changes, new or expiring programs, staff development, coaching opportunities and concerns with day to day workflows.

Conduct coworker observations as needed.

Ensure supervision, engagement and availability of leadership for staff for questions/ support on a daily basis.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred at least 2 years of previous supervisor experience

  • Preferred previous customer service experience

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to follow direction, offer direction or coaching

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

Other Qualifications:

Able to establish effective relationships with staff, leadership, and clients via telephone and personal contacts.
