We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Cluster Reservations Team Leader.

This role will cover our prestigious hotels located in St. Julian's and St. Paul's Bay. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for managing reservations efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities are to;

• Oversee the reservations team for both St. Julian's and St. Paul's Bay hotels

• Ensure seamless coordination and management of room bookings and reservations

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue

• Train, mentor, and support the reservations team members

• Monitor and analyze reservation trends to optimize booking procedures.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive and smooth guest experience

It would be considered an asset if you have;

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in reservations software and MS Office Suite

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
