salary: $48,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

 Prepares and processes vendor payments including weekly check processing.

 Ensures any pricing or quantity differences are resolved.

 Answers all vendor inquiries, including collection calls from vendors.

 Audits freight bills against freight manifests.

 Applies general ledger account coding to invoices.

 Processes travel & entertainment expenses through online system and pays via ACH.

 Prepares analysis of vendor accounts as required.

 Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

 Assists in monthly closings.

 Possesses and follows behavioral competencies and necessary skills to achieve overall

company desired results and expectations.
