The Invoiced Credentialing Analyst reviews credentialing applications and documentation for clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements for accessing consumer data.
What you'll do
- Review applications for accuracy, including permissible purpose and how the data will be used.
- Complete searches on users and/or companies to ensure they are in good standing.
- Review Virtual Onsite Inspections to ensure the location where data will be accessed is secure.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients in need of additional information.
What experience you need
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Previous success in roles within a fast paced environment.

- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills
