Description

Copeland is looking to hire a dynamic leader with a focus on execution and a passion for customer relationship management. If you have hands-on experience leading global implementations that have enhanced sales team productivity, helped deliver superior customer service resulting in higher customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention then this role is for you!

As a Director, Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), You Will:

  • Manage expectations, business prioritization and requirements by collaborating with a cross-functional set of key stakeholders across Copeland.

  • Lead Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations for new teams ensuring that best practices are followed globally.

  • Demonstrate leadership by ensuring projects are well-managed, predictable, staffed adequately and manage schedules and risks/issues/escalations.

  • Collaborate with head of CRM solutions architecture to implement solutions that meet the organization’s long-term CRM objectives while balancing individual business unit requirements.

  • Manage a highly motivated team including 1:1 meetings, professional development and career growth activities on a regular basis.

  • Advance culture and grow talent via leadership and coaching while maintaining a high bar for accountability and results.

  • Manage and track CRM work through effective operational metrics and KPIs.

  • Plan, lead and manage all ongoing CRM support activities.

  • Devise, develop and deliver a comprehensive CRM training program for Copeland.

  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes, practices and delivery quality.

  • Drive standardization and adhere to best practices to maintain a healthy Salesforce Org.

  • Assist new business teams in the change management process as they are migrating into the Salesforce platform.

  • Work with the scrum master on defining and prioritizing work for sprints.

Required Education, Experiences and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years for hands-on Salesforce CRM experience leading global sales and service cloud implementations.

  • 7+ years of people management experience.

  • Has experience in a business analyst or product owner role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including documenting business requirements.

  • Self-motivated with outstanding customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines and manage priorities.

  • Flexible, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.

  • High degree of proficiency in synthesizing and analyzing data; ability to solve complex problems.

  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and try new solutions.

  • Ability to facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders at all levels and in all roles of the organization.

Preferred Education, Experiences and Skills:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Knowledge about Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Field Service, CRMA.

  • Experience in planning integrations between Salesforce and other operational systems.

  • Experience utilizing project management software such as Monday.com for project tracking.
