Responsibilities:Build and validate our extensive Customer and Contracts databaseParse customer contracts for relevant informationPrepare and sort source data, and identify/interpret data relationshipsRecord customer information in Microsoft Access and/or Salesforce.comVerify accuracy of data - resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing dataKeep track of data sourcesRequirements:Understanding of business contracts and/or legal background preferredMust be extremely detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMust be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and data entry into CRMsMust have a very high degree of accuracy and thoroughnessMust have the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervisionMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
