Responsibilities:Help Business Intelligence system implementation team with data and functional migrationBuild and validate our extensive Customer and Contact databaseData search, entry and manipulation of large amounts of data and data fields - parse existing databases and process data forms for relevant informationManipulate data to fit given formats – convert data from one format to another in Microsoft ExcelPrepare and sort source data, and identify/interpret data relationshipsParse customer contracts for relevant informationRecord customer information in Microsoft Excel and or/ Salesforce.comVerify accuracy of data - resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing dataDownload to/record customer information in Microsoft Excel and or/ CRMKeep track data sourcesRequirements:Must be extremely detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMust be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and data entry into CRMsMust have a very high degree of accuracy and thoroughness (near 100% accuracy in data entry is required)Must have the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervisionMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
