Emerson Inclusive Employee Experience Program Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

In this position you will focus on supporting Emerson’s global inclusive employee experience strategy. You will also play a key role supporting the execution of a dynamic and effective inclusive employee experience strategy that will ensure a high degree of engagement from all employees worldwide. In addition, you will support various elements of inclusion, wellbeing and listening components to ensure that employees experience a sense of belonging, as well as meaning, purpose and connection between their work and Emerson’s value creation strategy. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support Emerson’s three pillar DEI strategy: 1] sourcing and selecting diverse talent, 2] engaging and retaining diverse talent, and 3) developing an inclusive and connected organization.

  • Support global inclusive employee experience strategy and integrate inclusive design components that drive diversity across talent processes throughout employee lifecycle.

  • Support global wellbeing strategy and integrate wellbeing components across talent and total rewards processes.

  • Support global listening strategy and improve organizational maturity in using modern listening tool and integrating employee feedback.

  • Support and foster Emerson’s 13,000-member Employee Resource Group community

  • Support director in encouraging global communities of practice that support key inclusive employee experience initiatives.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and partner to integrate global inclusive employee experience elements into local teams across the business.

  • Manage and work in partnership with key organizational stakeholders and various vendors.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant years of professional experience commensurate with the level of this position.

  • Strong program management skills and capabilities

  • Experience operating across multiple geographies, stakeholders, cultures, and teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic growth mindset

  • Ability to benchmark and evaluate standard processes.

  • Proven experience establishing effective relationships and communicating with the executive to entry-level audiences.

  • Experience leading events and training programs, from development to delivery, in collaboration with key partners.

  • Strong background in managing change with a track record of making progress towards goals.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
