IT Partners,Inc TRANSCOM IGC - Cloud Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri
ITP is seeking Cloud Engineer to support the transition of a critical application into the government, commercial or hybrid cloud. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the cloud systems plans, strategy, design, development, deployment of the application into the cloud. The Cloud Engineer will implement the infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing, work with the cloud architect to design integration of the data platform and other computer-based systems. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end cloud deployment experience from concept development to go live in the cloud.
Requirements
10+ years of experience
Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering or information technology
Experience supporting cloud architecture, design, development, implementation and maintenance
Cloud Certifications: Solutions Architect (Professional), Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, DEVOPS Engineer, Big Data (AWS or similar certifications highly desired)
Experience supporting distributed application and data warehouse architecture
Experience leading cross functional technology team
Experience using Kanban to track work assignment and to communicate with project team
Programming Language: Java, Python, PostgresSQL experience
Direct experience transitioning from DoD shared service environment, i.e. DISA DECC
