IT Partners,Inc TRANSCOM IGC - Cloud Migration Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri
The cloud migration project manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of a migration form DISA shared service data center to commercial or government cloud. The project manager will have proven experience managing a group of technology professionals to execute a migration over a 12 month timeline. The project manager will manage schedule, resources and technical risk in an effective way, while modernizing the code, improving security and enhancing user experience.
Requirements
10+ years of experience and a bachelors degree in a technical field
Experience and certifications with AWS
Cloud, developer, production operations, technical leadership and project management skills required
Agile delivery experience
Efficient use of managing project teams using Kanban or similar boards
Ability to communicate effectively
Previous DoD experience, with DAWIA certifications
PMI certifications a plus
Certifications in ITIL and depth of understanding of a service management framework
Ability to do analysis and tradeoff studies to help guide technical decisions
