Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - Level 4 to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Level 4

Location: Saint Louis, MO

Pay Range: $25.64/hr

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to initiate the production cycle, ensuring calibration and tolerances are met.

• Monitor production output and inspect parts using precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards.

• Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Record and report production data accurately to track performance metrics.

• Adhere to all safety and plant rules while maintaining a clean work area.

What's Needed?

• Technical education is a plus, with a strong emphasis on computer literacy.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

• 3+ years of experience in metal processing and machine operation is preferred.

• Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools such as HAAS and MAZAK.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is valued.
