Center For Diagnostic Imaging Compensation Analyst, Senior in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

As the Senior Compensation Analyst at RAYUS Radiology you will coordinate to the research, design, administration and delivery of base pay, and incentive plans. You will support analyses of compensation programs and practices, and recommend solutions to ensure compensation programs are competitively and consistently administered in compliance with all applicable regulations. In this role you will have regular exposure to executive and operational leaders in helping to inform and make compensation decisions for our 3,000+ team members across the country. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (50%) Compensation Analysis and Program Administration Conducts market analyses and utilizes compensation surveys and to determine compensation trends, and makes recommendations to support total reward and associate retention strategies. Ensures the organization's compensation programs, practices, and policies comply with local, state and federal laws. Conducts job analyses and maintains appropriate documentation. Coordinates the establishment of new jobs including guiding leaders on the development of job descriptions, evaluating and classifies jobs for FLSA status and pay grade and setting the job up in HRMS system. Partners with HR Managers on projects such as job and pay analysis, and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions. Maintains compensation infrastructure, including: pay structure, pay grades, and job codes. Manages annual increase process (merit and market) for the organization. Manages and administers annual bonus process. Audits pay practices to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation applicable to wage and hour laws and regulations. Initiates changes when appropriate. Researches and communicates changes in laws (i.e. minimum wage, sick time, etc.) that impact compensation. Conducts ad hoc compensation and HR data analysis to provide valuable insights into RAYUS workforce and shape HR programs. Maintains data, both survey and employee census data in compensation software and maintains unique company parameters, etc to ensure accurate market analysis results. (25%) Compensation Consultation In partnership with HR Managers, supports leaders across the organization in making informed and strategic compensation decisions by preparing and interpreting results and information in reports, summaries, and graphics reflecting data and market competitiveness. Reviews and recommends changes in pay grade and FLSA classification in accordance applicable Federal regulations. Consults with talent acquisition team in determining appropriate rates of pay for team members, as needed. Partners with HR leadership on the development and maintenance of incentive plans including researching and recommending possible design. (20%) HR Department Support Provides support for various HR programs and initiatives as assigned. Serves as a regular back-up for HRIS and Reporting Analyst for tasks and processes as needed. Recommends new approaches, goals, objectives, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements of the HR department (5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 3+ years of experience in Human Resources 3+ years of experience in Compensation Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel Experience with payroll/HRIS systems Preferred: Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS Experience with CompAnalyst software Candidates living in MN are preferred as you may be asked to attend meetings onsite at our corporate offices occasionally.
