Ecolab Inc Finance Manager, Corporate Accounts Finance in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Finance Manager, Corporate Accounts Finance is responsible for providing value-added financial analysis and decision-making insight for the Healthcare division through direct financial support to the Corporate Accounts/Field sales organization in the financial agreement and administration of the contracted business and leadership on strategy, pricing, and projects. The emphasis of the position is to understand the Healthcare's go to market strategy, including customer programs and act as a financial and administrative consultant to the sales personnel to assist in growing and protecting the customer base and increasing profitability. What You Will Do: Drive margin enhancement working closely with Corporate Accounts and Field Sales to provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiations, proforma P&L's, profit management review and approvals, cashflow analysis, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, rebate analysis, etc. Partnering with the FP&A, Marketing and RD&E teams to lead financial support in the areas of new product pricing and margin analysis, market/customer P&L's, product portfolio strategy, profit improvement and other strategic business initiatives impacting the business. Actively engage in phase gate reviews and lead the financial sections and discussions. Provides all aspects of financial analysis and support for the division's group purchasing organizations, health systems, and channel businesses. Manage, improve, and lead processes on all activities to ensure proper controls and audit requirements are adhered to. Manage team members workflow including development, training, contract administration, springboard, shared services communication and other activities. Project management activities as identified by management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Seven years of financial analysis experience No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Hyperion Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and day to day business demands Ability to prepare and present information to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership team and get the messaging across clearly and concisely to get to informed business decisions Ability to manage team in day-to-day activities projects including engaging a multitude of various functions to accomplish tasks and get to resolution on issues and/or team project work Project management experience - ability to drive a continuous process improvement mindset, foster innovative ideas, and successfully implement key business initiatives Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving, analytic, and critical thinking skills #li-uscf #li-hybrid Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.to see our benefits.
