This Opportunity We are seeking a GIS Analyst I who is interested in working with all aspects of an enterprise GIS architecture for a growing and innovative environmental investigation and remediation firm. Responsibilities include working with GPS and mobile data collection systems, managing enterprise GIS databases, authoring GIS web applications and providing spatial analysis for a variety of commercial and federal projects. Day to day operations include the generation of custom GIS figures, supporting internal client requests for data and analysis, training field staff in the use of GPS equipment, and more. Candidate must be hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and able to adapt to new technologies. Your Key Responsibilities Generate custom figures and maps for project support and reporting needs. Plan, design, implement, and maintain large and complex GIS environments. Proficient in all aspects of the ESRI GIS software platform including ArcPro, ArcMap, ESRI extensions, Server for ArcGIS, ArcOnline and Enterprise for ArcGIS (Portal). Development and deployment of field GPS and data collection systems including Trimble and Eos hardware/software, and ESRI mobile applications such as ArcGIS Field Maps and Survey123. Creating and managing GIS Web based applications. Building and managing custom web apps within ArcGIS Experience Builder. Capable of designing, building, and maintaining relational file and ArcSDE geodatabases. Understanding of GIS capabilities to support a variety of innovative solutions for a wide range of project requests. Knowledge of file types and data organization for project set-up and deliverables Acquiring, and compiling geographic data from a variety of public/private data sources. Georeferencing and digitizing data from a variety of sources. Adhering to project deadlines while managing a variety a project assignments. Other duties as assigned.
