Pathways to Community Licensing and Compliance Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota

Pathways to Community is looking for a leader for their Licensing and Compliance department.  

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Family Services, Crisis Services, and Residential Services departments with 245D and CRS licensing. 

How will you support these departments?  In this role you will:

  • Complete 245D and CRS licensing paperwork.

  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.

  • Develop a plan of action to address compliance issues and ensure compliance with 245D and CRS regulations and hold employees accountable to the plan and the deadlines.

  • Create detailed standard operating procedures, forms, materials, etc. to address gaps and to ensure their effectiveness.

  • Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.

  • Create training materials to train team members and ensure longevity/stability.

  • Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.

  • D isseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities and tasks.

  • Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, or best practices.  Make recommendations to the Leadership Team as needed for revisions to policies, forms, or standard operating procedures.

  • Locate, read, understand, and live all PTC core values, policies, procedures, and forms.

  • Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values and encourages good performance and collaboration.

  • Oversight of the Property Management team as well as ensuring that all properties are maintained per licensing requirements and company standards.

    To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with these qualifications:

  • Must meet requirements to be considered a Designated Coordinator under MN Statute 245D.

  • Subject matter expert in MN Statutes 245A, C, and D as well as CRS regulations.

  • Willingness to provide hands on support to assist in the preparation of a program site for CRS licensing, including cleaning and organizing.

  • Ability to use a computer and Microsoft software.

  • Demonstrates innovation by being creative and altering thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems .

  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements.

  • Strong receptive and expressive communication skills.

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and a high level of independence in managing role and tasks assigned.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to pass criminal/registry background check.
