Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Lead and manage the QA team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to address quality issues and drive process improvements.
Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Stay current with industry trends, advancements in quality assurance technology, and regulatory changes.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
