Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.

• Lead and manage the QA team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to address quality issues and drive process improvements.

• Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in quality assurance technology, and regulatory changes.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
