You'll be involved in every step of the process, from analyzing what needs improvement to designing solutions, managing transitions, and optimizing workflows. We try to fit your interests and skills into projects that will allow you to use your strengths so that you can continue to grow and develop. You Will Be Expected To:

  • Lead the analysis of organizational assessment, design recommendations, employee communication and engagement strategy to enable organizational culture change & Employee Value Equation superiority.

  • Dive into HR projects focused on boosting employee engagement, enhancing retention strategies, and driving learning and development initiatives.

  • Support Talent Acquisition team in recruitment strategy implementation & campus activities.

  • Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom training sessions, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.

    During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.

  • Monthly salary 80 000 rubles gross

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ year students or recent graduates (no more than 2 years after graduation)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

  • Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G ​
