DUTIES: MORNING/AFTERNOON SHIFTS Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Process customer payments accurately Provide efficient and attentive service in a restaurant setting Understanding of proper food handling, storage and sanitation practice to ensure customer safety Become familiar with restaurant operations, including menu items, specials, and daily procedures Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers Demonstrate the ability to anticipate customer needs, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner Ability to mix and serve drinks according to customer preferences (training provided) The job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
