Sunrun Sr. Sales Support Coordinator in St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Overview

The Sr. Sales Support Representative reports directly to the Sales Support Desk (SSD) Supervisor and is responsible for the daily management of Sale Support queues. They are responsible for managing Voice queues and reports, completing exception requests, handling high priority escalations, and providing support for the Tier 1 SSD Team. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities, this position will be required to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. They will also be expected to develop and execute projects related to these opportunities.

The Sr. Sales Support Representative interacts regularly with many different stakeholders across many different teams. Common stakeholders that this position will work with include the Channel Partner Team, Deal Desk, Contract Review, PC team, Customer Care, and all Sales partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and maximize efficiency of internal operations by performing the essential job duties and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators outlined for voice agents

  • Tier 1 Escalations

  • Live troubleshooting

  • Verification Call Exemptions submission

  • Software Tickets for Channel Sales

  • Opportunity and Proposal Stage Management

  • Understand and use SSD Resources to be self reliant

  • Scheduling Site Surveys and

  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Be present and ready to go at the start of shift/schedule

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sunrun Experience ( Sr. Level)

  • Be Solution Driven and punctual with time management and adherence

  • Strive for one call resolution

  • Capable of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions

  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and switch from task to task as priorities change in requirements

  • Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

  • Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • BrightPath Troubleshooting, SPLAT Troubleshooting, ability to work independently

  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Must have reliable internet connection or in office is available.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform normal office duties

  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$20.36 to $27.15

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
