VF Corporation Talent Acquisition Manager (temp 9 months) in Stabio, Switzerland

Are you ready to lead a recruitment team, delivering strong talents and building great team across all our brands?

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Temp contract – 9 months – starting Aug/Sept) to be based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland hiring for Brand across Sales, Marketing, Merch, Design, etc. – you will lead a team of 3 recruiters.

In the role, you will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for all levels and seniority, being responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process.

You will act as a point of reference to advise, train and coach your recruitment team to ensure we all embrace a talent advisor mindset toward hiring managers and candidates. You will be a point of contact for our brand HRBPs to have recruitment updates and visibility, maximizing relations to drive talent efficiencies.

You will lead specific projects in the TA space as a subject matter expert in alignment with our team priorities.

You will achieve this by:

Operational Delivery:

  • Partnering with hiring managers in different departments to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy

  • Using a variety of techniques to discover the best active and passive talent, act as a mentor with the wider TA team on sourcing excellence

  • Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical skills as well cultural add for the VF environment

  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity, being an example and inspirations for the wider recruitment team

Leading Brand TA:

  • Steering your and team resources to effectively keeping operational delivery efficient in collaboration with peers and Talent Acquisition Director

  • Take ownership of your team, inspiring them to bring our attraction, sourcing and selection forward while boosting operational delivery

  • Act as a point of contact for our brand HR team and leadership for update and insights on TA for our consumers focused functions

  • Monitoring and analysing KPI around our talent acquisition and candidate journey being able to share insights with the wider TA team and HRBP in the brand space

How You Will Make a Difference

You should be an agency or in-house recruitment professional, with:

  • Solid & transferable experience in manage full cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset

  • Experience in coaching and advising recruiters on sourcing, selection and hiring manager relations

  • Experience in managing a small TA team is preferable

  • Ambition to work in an international environment

  • Proven ability to engage partners & different audiences in 121 and one-to-many situations
