The Junior Production Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting production process by solving daily problems, carrying about quality and safety level of production.

In order to improve quality level is analyzing available data related to the received complaints, conducting activities to determine the root cause of the reported defects and implementing appropriate countermeasures.

This position is part of the Production Department / Manufacturing/Process Engineering located in Stargard, Poland and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Sampler Production Engineering Team and report to the Manager, Sampler Production Engineering responsible for engineering on Samplers area in RSTA and RSOL. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• analyze reported quality problems/complaints and determining causes and preventive actions

• implement changes in production process to increase efficiency or quality

• create and improve production documentation, test protocols and reports.

• cooperation with the quality department, production department and the legal manufacturer in the field of received complaints

• cooperate with maintenance department in order to assure production process and delivery continuity.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Higher education, preferred majors: production engineering, production quality management or related fields

• Experience in work with Quality Management System

• Commitment to assignments

• Language: English – min. upper intermediate (B2), Polish – fluent.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in medical or automotive industry (process engineer or similar).
