Radiometer is launching a strategic business program where we are replacing current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO as our new ERP platform. Over the course of 2024, we will onboard 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partner up with best-in-class partners, to deliver on an ambitious program roadmap. 

We are looking for a Test & Validation Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the test and validation strategy across our applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Microsoft Dynamics 365CE and PROS CPQ Configure Price Quote. The system landscape in our Global Business Systems department is constantly growing thus the scope of responsibility will grow.

This position is part of the Digital & IT organization’s location in Stargard Poland and you will be working in a hybrid setup or remotely depending on your location. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global ERP, Test & Validation team and report to the Senior Manager of Global ERP, Test & Validation responsible for our Global ERP platforms and integrated solutions as well as Test & Validation across ERP-, CRM- and other global business systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create and implement the test and validation strategy for our ERP-, CRM- and other business systems

• Influence and build test capabilities and best practices of software testing throughout all phases of the V-model

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan, manage and oversee all testing aspects to ensure that test and validation deliveries are met

• Ensure and drive continuous optimization of the validation approach and process

• Ensure that the right test and validation documentation is in place and regular reporting on progress to the leadership

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field or related work experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a test manager

• Proven experience with building and managing test in a test automated setup

• Proficient in engaging with different stakeholders to ensure that all test and validation activities are understood through effective communication and facilitation

• Experience in leading and managing test deliveries in a virtual setup

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Validation-related experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platforms e.g. Dynamics 365FO and 365CE

• Analytical skills with a proactive and structured approach to test and validation
