Coherent Corp. Lead Culling Operator - 2004748 in Starkville, Mississippi
This is a job for a Lead Culling Operator position with a company located in Starkville, MS.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the selection and culling of finished material according to customer specifications. Responsible for the operation and light maintenance of equipment including, Wafer Presenters, Bright Light Stations, and Wafer Sorter Machines. Responsible for the inspection of wafer images, analyzing the images to qualitatively identify wafer defects while maintaining Coherent Quality Standards: Supports the scaling of culling capabilities to keep pace with ever changing production and customer order levels.
Education & Experience: 2-3 years of production experience in semiconductor processing. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others. Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities. Experience with problem analysis and resolution. Experience with precision measurement methods and systems. Ability to read and understand customer specifications and process procedures. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement. Experience with networked PC based computer system (spreadsheets, Email, MRP systems) ITAR compliance requirement: Individual must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
Working Conditions: Good working conditions. Closed toe shoes required.
Physical Requirements: Good hand dexterity.
