A prominent textiles manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operators and processes. The Production Manager will have oversight over new equipment installation production line installation, and productivity. This is a top priority search for the company. The role is salaried in the $140K range as this is a very high level role. The company will pay relocation expenses for qualified candidates.

• Manage the plant management team and provide oversight of manufacturing operations.

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality and optimize efficiency to maximize profit.

• Oversee planning capacity, implementation and directing of all manufacturing activities.

• Align manufacturing operations with sales objectives and improve processes in supporting growth goals.

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure a customer focus.

• Responsible for supporting overall strategic and operational initiatives for the manufacturing organization
