Daikin Applied is now hiring for an Application Engineering Intern in Staunton, VA!

Staunton, VA in office 5 days per week

What you will do:
- Assist Customs Engineer with customized equipment proposals, costing, and drawings
- Assist Applications Engineers with customer visits and equipment tests
- Gain exposure to both office and 800,000 sq. ft. HVAC factory environments
- Gain exposure to business operations, engineered equipment marketing environment, and production
Minimum Qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in STEM
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering
- Experience with HVAC concepts
- Completion of classes in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, and Electrical Engineering
