Job Description

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Sciences seeks to expand its pool of applicants for potential adjunct faculty positions for its on-campus offerings in Stephenville. We are looking for masters and doctorally-qualified candidates to teach undergraduate and graduate online and face-to-face courses in the following disciplines: Agricultural Services and Development, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Communication, Agricultural Mechanics, and International Agriculture.

Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications and Course Level

Required Education/Experience: Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in the discipline or a closely related area and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline. Online courses are delivered via Blackboard and candidates for these positions should have experience with this or a similar course management system.

Preferred Education/Experience: An earned doctorate in the discipline (or closely related field) with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching area(s). Prior college teaching experience and appropriate professional certifications and/or licenses are a plus.
