YMCA OF STEVENS POINT WIS AREA INC School Age Child Care Site Supervisor in STEVENS POINT, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, administration, development and implementation of curriculum, program compliance, supplies and safety of the School Age site within the policies and procedures of the YMCA and state licensing regulations. SCHEDULE Variety of shifts available (Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week). Program hours are Monday Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in programs for children ages 5-12 years. Most important, you must enjoy spending time with groups of school-age children, and have an understanding of their behaviors and group dynamics. Other critical competencies include high energy levels, patience, creativity, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must exhibit the Y core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and caring.
