Join an experienced creative team in the Office of Communications and Marketing forOSUAgriculture as the Communications Coordinator for the Oklahoma 4-H Youth Development Program. Work closely with the communications and marketing assistant director and the state 4-H program leader to develop and implement content across multiple communications and marketing platforms to promote and highlight Oklahoma 4-H within theOSUcommunity, state, region and country.\ \ The 4-H Communications Coordinator will execute strategic and integrated communications and marketing campaigns from idea inception to delivery to elevate the profile of Oklahoma 4-H, improve target audience experiences, drive engagement and achieve program goals. The coordinator will manage the Oklahoma 4-H social media accounts, produce high-quality print and digital promotional materials and create opportunities to share compelling 4-H stories.\ \ This highly visible position requires interacting with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.\ \ Responsibilities:\ Manage social media for Oklahoma 4-H. Execute the planning and creation of content for social media channels.Design and assist with a wide variety of projects including, advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns, educational resources and additional items as assigned that are precise, creative and meet accessibility requirements. Serve as a brand advocate, collaborating with the creative manager in the Office of Communications and Marketing to maintain working-level knowledge of 4-H brand guidelines and serve as a resource for 4-H staff. Work in collaboration with the departments photographer and video team on photos and video of 4-H events and activities.

Manage and update 4-H webpages and employee intranet as needed. Identify and prioritize needs related to 4-H webpage development and revisions. Write and edit copy for marketing and digital materials including social media captions, website copy, editorial content and the 4-H annual report. Supervise student employees. Oversee projects assigned to students regarding design, videography, photography and other creative tasks. Assign projects and review completed tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with others in the Office of Communications and Marketing to promote, publicize and otherwise generate positive visibility for the activities and programs ofOSUAgriculture.Other duties as assigned.
