Oklahoma State University seeks applicants for the Education Accreditation and P-12 Outreach Coordinator position in the Office of Educator Support of the College of Education and Human Sciences. The successful candidate will coordinate continuous improvement, student learning outcomes, and performance enhancement.\ \ Accreditation and Data Management duties will include:

Prepare and distribute reports and data to faculty from Qualtrics evaluations and surveys and from Filemaker;Coordinate sharing and review of data for program planning and continuous improvement with various stakeholder groups;Coordinate and schedule data retreats band stakeholder meetings;Stay current with accreditation/assessment requirements from the State and CAEP;Coordinate data collection and analysis of program, unit-wide, and state data to inform state and national accreditation activities across the unit;In collaboration with the Director of Accreditation and Certification, prepare and submit all required reports for state and national accreditation organizations after approval;Prepare documents for, present at, and attend Professional Education Council meeting.

\ P-12 Outreach duties will include:\ Develop and implement a strategic plan for educational services and community outreach activities with P-12 partners;Coordinate outreach events for CEHS faculty with our P-12 community partners;Coordinating logistics for P-12 outreach events, including catering, technology, facility reservations, and other supplies as needed;Monitor and report on P-12 outreach activities;Provide support and guidance to faculty with the planning of P-12 outreach events.

Must be able to lift some boxes and sometimes heavier items.
