RENARD'S CHEESE Bistro Cook in STURGEON BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare and cook orders according to customer specifications, including product selection and quantities Present products uniformly according to Renard\'s Cheese standards Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, and price products in accordance with Renard\'s specifications Maintain appropriate stock levels by restocking cases and shelves as needed Follow stock rotation guidelines Prepare special orders, party trays, and catering orders Operate Bistro equipment, including but not limited to, meat and cheese slicers, ovens, cutting tools, and scale Adhere to all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including sales floor, backroom, and storage areas Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing Follow merchandising guidelines for optimal product presentation Assist in receiving product deliveries and maintaining accurate records Perform other duties as assigned Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required Qualifications: Previous experience in a cooking role is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic math functions, ability to multi-task and ability to work as a team. Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
