ABM Industries Talent Acquisition Quality & Reporting Analyst in Sugar Land, Texas

Overview

ABM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Quality & Reporting Analyst to assist in creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards and analyses used on an ongoing basis as well as those needed for ad hoc analysis. Reporting and analysis are focused on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resource (HR) activities. The ideal candidate will be a reporting analyst who is creative, analytical, and has experience communicating complex talent acquisition data in a simple, actionable format for varying functions and levels of the organization.

This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office on Tue/Wed/Thu) and can sit at an of our ABM offices located in Sugar Land (TX), Tempe (AZ), Chicago (IL), NYC (NY), or Atlanta (GA )!

Essential Functions

  • Assists with reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA) data analytics on candidate, hiring manager, HR, and recruiter experience, including but not limited to routine and on demand reporting and data analysis.

  • Facilitates (either use Facilitates or Conducts) audits and evaluations on recruitment and HR processes and procedures, identifying areas of improvement and generating reports based on quality data.

  • Collaborates with developing, publishing, and scheduling reports for dashboards to meet business requirements.

  • Assists with developing visual reports and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.

  • Supports TA and HR leaders with actionable talent insights and project performance with market-based reporting.

  • Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess performance.

  • Provide market analysis reports and insights to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Evaluate recruitment effectiveness by measuring cost per source, per lead, per hire, etc.

  • Assist with providing end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent related work experience.

  • 3+ years of related talent acquisition/recruiting and HR reporting experience with a quantitative and analytical orientation.

  • Experience researching and analyzing data and developing findings and recommendations into tailored briefings for various stakeholders and synthesizing large amounts of data into executive-level briefings.

  • Experience configuring reporting dashboards.

  • Previous experience creating compelling visualizations for presentations.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (preferred).

  • Familiarity with Power BI to build and maintain dashboards (preferred).

  • Previous experience with Smartsheets, MS Access and MS Power Apps (preferred).

  • Experience with labor market analysis tools, such as EMSI/Lightcast, Talent Neuron, etc. (preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Proven ability to gather and present data to leadership in a simple, actionable format.

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, planning and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.

  • A self-starter, strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-motivated, detail-minded and possess a "no task is too small" attitude.

  • Strong customer orientation, professionalism, and courtesy

  • A high standard of ethics and confidentiality to manage sensitive information.

Pay: $60,000–$85,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
