Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Physical Therapist in Princeton, NJ.
Sports Physical Therapy is a freestanding, outpatient clinic part of the largest academic health system in New Jersey. We deliver patient-centered care with a focus on one-to-one manual therapy with ample treatment time for each patient. Excellent work environment with a private practice feel, but the benefits and resources of a hospital system. Service lines include: sports and orthopedic care, concussion care program, balance and vestibular, and pelvic floor therapy. Qualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy at the Bachelor or Post Bachelor level and licensed
Active NJ Professional License to practice Physical Therapy
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
Scheduling Requirements:
Evening Shift
Per Diem Schedule
Essential Functions:
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills are required for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication
Examines and evaluates patients upon referral from a physician, podiatrist, dentist, or nurse practitioner
Plans and implements specific treatment for patients to reverse impairments, restore function, and facilitate the development of skills essential for adaptive and productive living
Participates in PI and physical therapy clinical education programs
