What you will do: Mixing and blending dry/liquid fertilizer & calculate blend sheets Handle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing of dry/liquid fertilizer Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards Competent operation of all dry/liquid plant systems Measure bulk tanks, loading and offloading bulk tanks Maintain and accounts for inventory Engage in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment Other duties as assigned What you will bring: Forklift and Loader operating experience Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills required Good attendance required Valid Driver's License Compensation & Benefits: The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure. Salary range$16.28 - $22.48 an hour. This range is estimated for a Plant Operator in Sunnyside, WA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
