To support this strategy, our product team is focus on a unified user experience rooted in consumer-centric design, best-in-class omnichannel care, and a seamless experience for Walmart Health Healthcare Delivery. We are looking for the best and the brightest Product manager who can help shape and define our product roadmap and strategy and drive agile execution with Walmart Health Patient acquisition team. With Walmart is expanding in Health & Wellness, and you will have an opportunity to drive impact at scale and build a platform at scale that will help drive strategic initiatives.

The Product Manager role is one that calls for a good understanding of Web based product development in healthcare domain with focus on building fo r patient acquisition and awareness . This role encompasses a multifaceted approach with understanding the strategic business needs and translate them into product features that will help expand our patient base and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll get to lead...

  • Identify and address solutions for customer pain points.

  • Understand Business strategy and requirements , collect market & user insights and d evelop the product strategy and roadmap to address business pain points related to digital consumer experience and patient acquisition/ retention.

  • Craft the roadmap for Consumer experience related to Patient Acquisition/Retention.

  • Create , assemble, and recommend, technology solutions that enable customers to receive prescriptions wherever and however wanted .

  • Execute your roadmap alongside dedicated engineering teams using Agile methods .

  • Develop and present your roadmap and strategy to leadership and cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment .

  • Develop and manage the insights and analytics strategy for your products .

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise , internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives

  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279/Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
